Mays Chapel Ridge Executive Director Deanna DiStasio has a
reputation for high energy, bubbly enthusiasm and fast results. Deanna
approaches the management of Mays Chapel Ridge with her whole heart and expects
nothing less than high-speed excellence from herself and her team. Residents

Rapid results are found throughout Deanna’s career in senior
living. She started her career with Brightview in 2002 as a Community Sales
Director. In 2005 Deanna was promoted to an Executive Director position. Quite
an accomplishment.
Better yet, just two short, fast years later, Deanna led her
community to the achievement of Brightview’s most coveted Community of the Year
Award in 2007. The Community of the Year Award is based on sound management,
fiscal responsibility, and high resident and staff satisfaction scores. The
award is a testament to Deanna’s support of Brightview’s commitment to being a
